How to Take
How to Take
Swallow the capsule with at least 4 oz. of water or juice. Can be taken with or without food. If you are unable to swallow the capsule, open the capsule and mix contents into soft food (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) or beverage (water, juice, etc.). Do not mix into any carbonated, very hot (above 122°F) or alcohol-containing beverages. Consume within 30 minutes after mixing.

Although Florastor contains lactose, it also stimulates an increase of lactase, a natural enzyme which breaks down lactose for better digestion. Caution remains for individuals genetically incapable of producing lactase. Florastor does not include the risk of exposure to or cross-contamination from any major food allergen or the following ingredients: corn, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, meat, fish, shellfish, egg protein, or gluten.
